calm retreat , good food

the alpacas are a great attraction , the scenery provides a perfect backdrop , and the pool is a welcome addition. i experienced a very relaxing stay for a few nights. rooms are comfortable and communal areas invite calm. the staff were very helpful , especially regarding an extra hour after i got a little lost. the pool was a favourite , the back massage really released the tension.
the bed sheets did not properly fit the mattress in my room. they would come off during the night.

the breakfast offered a good range , especially gluten-free options. staff were friendly, and food was generally very good. the restaurant provides a pleasant setting , and the overall dining experience is commendable.

the room was clean , functional, and calming. it had necessary amenities like a coffee machine and a wardrobe. despite its smaller size , it provides a comfortable stay. four mirrors seemed excessive.

the staff were mostly lovely , friendly, and helpful. one staff member offered an extra hour upon arrival after i got a bit lost. the girls in the restaurant were nice , providing smiley, good service.

The saunas and pool provided excellent relaxation options. I appreciated the forest trail where I saw deer and frogs. The food was great with diverse options. The staff members I met were friendly and helpful .
The steam room was not operational and seemed to be frequently out of service. This limited the full spa experience I had anticipated. I hope this will be resolved soon to fully enjoy all advertised amenities.
